1 officer killed, 2 injured during domestic incident response in Lebanon, Pennsylvania – Henry Club

Mayor Sherry Capello said one of the surviving officers was in critical condition at the hospital, while the other was in a stable condition.

“This is an extremely difficult moment for everyone,” Capello said.

Lebanese police chief Todd Brenner said a 34-year-old man who was the victim of a domestic incident had died. He did not elaborate on how the man died.

Officials have yet to release further details about the incident or identify anyone involved. The press conference is to be held on Friday.

“This is clearly a traumatic event. Our people are strong, but we are human,” Brenner said. “Today we have families and people are injured. We are all affected by it and our families and every other in this country. With the help of a law enforcement officer, they will overcome it.”
