চাকরি প্রার্থীর সুইসাউড নোটে ‘পার্থ’ কে? CBIকে খুঁজতে বললেন রাজশেখর মান্থা

Justice Rajasekhar Mantha of the Calcutta High Court ordered a CBI probe into the mystery of the suicide of Abdul Rehman, an employee at Lalgola in Murshidabad. Abdul has mentioned the name of Partha Chatterjee in the suicide note. After investigating the incident, the police of Lalgola police station presented a charge sheet in the name of deceased Abdul. Thereafter, the family approached the Calcutta High Court, expressing disbelief in the police investigation.

On September 27, Abdul Rehman’s body was found near his house in Lalgola, Murshidabad. Later, a 9-page suicide note was found from his house. In it, he said that some Diwakar had taken six lakh rupees from him on the pretext of getting him an appointment in Group D. But there was no job. He did not get the money back. He mentioned the names of many people including Partha Chatterjee in this corruption.

The police of Lalgola police station have arrested 3 people during the investigation. But after this, when the police presented the charge sheet in the Lalbagh court, it came to know that the deceased Abdul’s name was there. After this the family approached the Calcutta High Court. On Monday, this matter came up in the bench of Justice Rajasekhar Mantha of Calcutta High Court. After examining the charge sheet and other documents, Justice Mantha ordered a CBI probe into the matter.

Sabyasachi Chattopadhyay, the counsel for the petitioners in the case, said that instead of finding Partha Chattopadhyay, the police presented a charge sheet against the person who committed suicide. There is no language to condemn this act of police. The entire administration is trying to hide the thieves. We will see the end of this.
