কেন্দ্রের ‘হুমকি চিঠি’ নবান্নে,মুখ্যমন্ত্রী দিলেন পাল্টা পত্রাঘাতের নির্দেশ

Narendra Modi’s government has blocked funds for many projects. The Center has complained that there have been irregularities in all the projects in the state. This time the Modi government has sent a ‘threat letter’ to Mamta Banerjee’s government. The Chief Minister was enraged as soon as the letter reached Navan. Minister Giriraj Singh said that the money for the project of 100 days work will not be given now. However, he told this to BJP MP Dilip Ghosh. This time the Modi government followed the same path in the field of rural housing scheme. The Union Ministry of Rural Development has written a letter to the Chief Secretary of the state informing that if their instructions are not followed, the money for the housing scheme will not be released. Sources say that Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee is seeing this letter as a ‘threatening letter’.

According to Navana sources, Mamta Banerjee is very angry about this threatening letter. In response to the letter sent by the Centre, on the instructions of the Chief Minister, Harikrishna Dwivedi, the Chief Secretary of the State, is going to attack New Delhi. The state government is implementing the housing scheme according to the conditions of the center. Navanna instructed the District Magistrates and BDOs to stop the irregularities. Navana claimed that such a letter was sent because the Center was reluctant to release the money. Suddenly this letter from the Center raises many questions. The Center has also imposed some new conditions by writing a letter to the Chief Secretary of the state.

What exactly is said in the letter? In the letter sent to the Chief Secretary, it has been mentioned that an FIR should be lodged in the police against those who make irregularities in the housing scheme. Administrative action should also be taken against them. District administration officials including BDO have also been asked to mourn. It even has to send a report to New Delhi by March 10, to what extent the Centre’s instructions have been followed. If this is not done, the center will not send the money for the housing scheme. Officials of the Panchayat Department of the state claim that whatever complaints are being made by the Center, they are not that serious. Because they are accepted. Although the Center is making new excuses every day.

After all, what is the Panchayat Minister saying about this threatening letter, State Panchayat and Rural Development Minister Pradeep Majumdar said, ‘Every day the Center is giving an excuse for not giving money. This is nothing but narrow politics. If you go to other states, you will find more irregularities than here. There is a lot of transparency here. From One Hundred Days Action Plan to Pradhan Mantri Gramin Awas Yojana, Bengal is far ahead of other states in implementing central schemes. That’s why the central government has repeatedly given certificates to Mamta Banerjee’s government. Now the money is being withheld due to the state. Common working people are deprived of their rights. This is very unfortunate.
