सोनाली फोगाट मर्डर केस: साजिश के आरोपी सुखविंदर की जमानत पर फैसला टला, गोवा कोर्ट में बहस; अगली सुनवाई 8 को

Hearing in Haryana’s BJP leader and Tiktok star Sonali Phogat murder case was held in Goa’s Mapusa court today. The final arguments on Sukhwinder’s bail application took place in the court between the CBI and the defense lawyers. The court has reserved the verdict and the next hearing will be on February 8. Only then will the decision on Sukhwinder’s bail be taken. Sukhwinder has been in jail since his arrest.

Sukhwinder’s advocate Sukhwant Singh Dangi said that on the last hearing on January 10, the CBI had opposed the bail and filed its reply that the accused could influence the witnesses if granted bail.

The CBI has made Sudhir and Sukhwinder conspirators in the murder of Sonali Phogat in the charge sheet.

The counsel for the accused, Sukhwant Singh Dangi, argued in the court that Sukhwinder has been falsely implicated in the case. CBI has also filed its charge sheet, but nowhere in it CBI could not show the motive of this murder. Hence it is not murder and his client has been deliberately implicated in a conspiracy.

The charge sheet was presented on 22 November
In the Sonali murder case, the CBI has presented the charge sheet against Sudhir Sangwan and Sukhwinder in the Goa court on 22 November. This charge sheet was presented before the First Class Judicial Magistrate in Mapusa Court, Goa. Sudhir and Sukhwinder are in Colwell Jail. A 2500-page charge sheet has been presented against both. The statements of both are also recorded in this. CBI also examined all the documents of Goa Police.

Murder happened in Goa
Sonali Phogat was murdered in Goa on 23 August. At that time she was accompanied by her PAs Sudhir and Sukhwinder in Goa. Sonali’s family alleges that Sudhir and Sukhwinder murdered her. Sudhir wants to usurp Sonali’s property. That’s why he killed Sonali by giving her drugs.

Sonali’s brother Rinku lodged a complaint with the Goa Police against Sudhir Sangwan and Sukhwinder for murder. In Sonali’s postmortem report, injury marks were found on her body. The Goa Police registered a murder case against Sonali’s PA Sudhir Sangwan and his accomplice Sukhwinder.
