The student’s father did not agree: Anshul said that the student is his girlfriend. He and his family members also talked to the girl’s father for marriage. Tried to persuade the student’s father for marriage over the phone and together. But they did not agree.

Father threatened, there will be no marriage in any situation: Anshul said that the said student was ready for marriage earlier also and is still ready. But the student’s father had threatened that if anything was done, it would not be good. Along with this, the student’s father also threatened Anshul that he would not get both of them married. Even if both have to be killed for this. There can be no marriage under any circumstances.

Tried to persuade the student’s father: Anshul said that I folded hands and feet many times for marriage, but there was no effect. Trying since last 4 months. There is too much pressure on the girl student. There is no fault of the girl either. If her family agrees, then both can be happy by getting married, but due to caste, the girl’s family members are refusing this marriage.

Were in relation for one and a half years: Anshul said that he was in a relationship with the student for the last one and a half to two years. This whole thing was also told to the girl’s father. On which the girl’s father had also asked to talk together. He met but the girl’s father completely refused the marriage. Anshul’s father also tried to talk to the girl’s parents for marriage.

The girl had sent messages to take away: Anshul said that the student had also sent messages to him near Diwali. In which the student said that she cannot live without Anshul. If Anshul is not found, she will die or her family members will kill her. If he can take it, then take it. After this the messages of the girl also did not come.

The plan was for court marriage: Anshul said that the student’s paper was on 16th December. That day he went to college and he had a gun. His friends were also with him. They had made a plan to go to the court and get married. That’s why he had also asked for the Aadhaar card of the student. The student already knew about this. The papers were also prepared two days back.

Court marriage could not happen after an argument with a friend
He said that they were preparing to get married in the court of Karnal. Police came there. There was already a fear of the police, so they ran away from there. After this, Anshul and Aman had a heated argument about something. After which he got down from the car. Even the court marriage could not happen. He didn’t do anything wrong with the girl.

3 including main accused still out of reach
Civil Line station in-charge Harpal Singh said that Dev and Aman have been arrested in the student kidnapping case. At the same time, the police is trying to nab the main accused Anshul and two other accused. The two accused arrested for this have also been taken on remand for 2 days.
