राष्ट्रपति मुर्मू आज सुखोई 30 MKI में उड़ान भरेंगीं: असम के तेजपुर एयरफोर्स स्टेशन पहुंचीं

President Draupadi Murmu will fly in a Sukhoi 30 MKI fighter jet from Tezpur Air Force Station in Assam today. He took the guard of honor after reaching here.

Pratibha Patil was the first woman President to fly in Sukhoi
Let us inform that the country’s 12th President Pratibha Patil also flew in Sukhoi on 25 November 2009. She was the first female President of the world to fly in the fighter jet Sukhoi-30 MKI. She was the second President of the country to do so after Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam.

Wing Commander A Sajan was flown by Pratibha Patil at an altitude of 10,000 feet at a speed of about 800 kmph for about half an hour from the Lohegaon base of the Air Force on the outskirts of Pune. After flying a Sukhoi 30 MKI, President Pratibha Patil, dressed in army uniform, rode a T-90 main battle tank.

Nirmala Sitharaman flew in Sukhoi 30MKI on 17 January 2018, when she was the Defense Minister. She became the first woman to fly the country’s most advanced fighter jet Sukhoi. He flew more than 8 thousand meters from Jodhpur airbase with a speed of 2100 kmph in Sukhoi 30MKI. She was in the sky for about 45 minutes.
