Jamiat Ulema-e-Hind Chief Mahmood Madani said on Saturday that we have no religious differences with BJP and RSS, but ideological differences. India belongs to Madani as much as Modi and Bhagwat.

Addressing the 34th session of Jamiat Ulema-e-Hind at Delhi’s Ramlila Maidan, he said that Hindus and Muslims are equal in our eyes. We do not make any distinction between human beings. Jamiat-e-Ulema’s policy has been that all the citizens of India are equal, there should be no discrimination between them.

During this, he also invited Bhagwat and the Sangh chief. Jamiat Chief said- We invite RSS and its Sar Sangh Chalak, let’s forget mutual discrimination and enmity and embrace each other and make the country the most powerful country in the world. We have no complaint with Sanatan Dharma, you should also have no complaint with Islam.

India is the best country for Muslims – Madani
Addressing the program of Jamiat Ulema-e-Hind, Maulana Madani said – This land is the first motherland of Muslims. To say that Islam is a religion that came from outside is totally wrong and baseless. Islam is the oldest religion among all religions. Hindi India is the best country for Muslims, but cases of hatred and incitement against Muslims are increasing continuously in India. Islamophobia has increased tremendously in recent times.

Uniform civil code is not just an issue of Muslims
He further said that the Uniform Civil Code is not just an issue of Muslims, but it pertains to different social groups, communities, castes and all sections of the country. Explain that the clerics, who attended the session of Jamiat Ulema-e-Hind on Saturday, protested against Islamophobia, Uniform Civil Code, interference in personal law, reservation for backward class Muslims, survey of madrassas, misinformation against Islam and Passed resolutions on Kashmir issue.

Jamiat Ulema-e-Hind is a 100 years old organization of Muslims. This organization claims to be the largest organization of Muslims. Political, social and religious issues of Muslims remain in its agenda. This organization believes in the Deobandi ideology associated with Islam.
Deoband was established in 1919 by the then Islamic scholars. Among them were Abdul Bari Firangi Mahli, Kifayutallah Dehlavi, Muhammad Ibrahim Mir Sialkoti and Sanaullah Amritsari.
