मणिपुर घटना पर भड़के हरभजन सिंह: बोले- मैं गुस्से से सुन्न हो गया हूं, आरोपियों को सजा-ए-मौत दी जाए

Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) Rajya Sabha MP from Punjab and former cricketer Harbhajan Singh has expressed anger after the incident in Manipur. He has demanded strict punishment of all the accused by arresting them soon. Harbhajan has expressed this anger over a video from Manipur, in which two women were shown being paraded naked.

Harbhajan Singh tweeted and wrote – If I say that I am angry, it is an under-statement. I am numb with anger. Today I am ashamed after what happened in Manipur. If the perpetrators of this heinous crime are not brought to justice and given the death penalty, then we should stop calling ourselves human.

It bothers me that this has happened. enough is enough. The government must take action.

Harbhajan sought death penalty for the accused
Writing further, Harbhajan Singh demanded death penalty for the culprits of the incident. He has demanded to arrest the accused soon and put them in the dock. Harbhajan said that if he cannot be given the death penalty, then we should stop calling ourselves human.

4 accused arrested so far
After this incident, anger is being seen all over India. Many leaders and stars have given their reaction on this. The Supreme Court also reprimanded the Manipur government after this incident. Manipur police said a case of kidnapping, murder and gang rape has been registered against unknown persons at Nongpok Sekmai police station in Thoubal district.

So far 4 accused have been arrested in this case. Manipur Chief Minister N Biren Singh has said that the government will make every effort to get the death penalty for all the accused. At the same time, the mob set ablaze the house of one of the accused on Thursday (July 20) evening.
