The dead bodies of the sub-inspector, his wife and son, posted in the special branch of Bhopal’s police headquarters, have been found. No suicide note has been found, but in the initial investigation, the police is considering it a suicide after murder. It is suspected that the sub-inspector killed his wife and son. After this he died after being run over by a train.

The couple had a love marriage in 2017. The coming 17th March was the son’s birthday. SI’s brother-in-law says that there was a happy family. There was no enmity with anyone. It could be someone else’s hand.

Originally hailing from Agar-Malwa district, Sub Inspector Suresh Khaguda, 32, belonged to the 2017 batch. Was living on rent in Bhopal for 5 years. Suresh’s body was found on the railway track in Misrod area in front of Habibganj railway station at quarter to twelve on Friday night. Could not be recognized then. The sub-inspector’s bike was found near the spot at 10 am on Saturday. It was recognized.

After this, the Misrod police inquired about the family. Police reached Suresh’s house at Rajvaidya Colony in Kolar.

The house was locked from outside, TV was on inside

Krishna and Sub Inspector Suresh had a love marriage in 2017. Krishna Rajgarh, while Suresh was a resident of Agar-Malwa. Was living on rent in Bhopal for 5 years.

The house was locked from outside, but the TV was on inside the house. The police called, but there was no response. Then the police entered the house by breaking the latch of the door. Inside were the blood-soaked bodies of Suresh’s wife Krishna (28) and two-year-old son Ivan.

Investigation of the scene of crime revealed that the murder was done in different rooms. The woman was murdered on the ground, while the child was murdered on the bed. A meat-cutting knife (baka) was lying nearby. Police believe that the murder was done with this knife. Krishna was a resident of Rajgarh. Suresh was also preparing for UPSC.

Police believe, suicide case after murder
The police believe that this kind of brutal murder takes place in extra-marital affairs, so the police is probing this angle as well. The SI must have killed the wife in the night itself. After this, he must have committed suicide by going to the railway track and coming in front of the train. ACP Kolar Suresh Damle says, preliminary investigation suggests murder and suicide. The throat of the woman and the child has been slit with a sharp weapon. No suicide note has been found in the house as well.

SI Suresh with son Ivan. Ivan’s birthday was on 17th March. On this day he would have turned two years old. A meat knife was found near the bodies of Ivan and his mother.

The brother-in-law said- brother-in-law had a good nature, it could be the hand of an outsider
SI Suresh’s brother-in-law Harish Verma says, sister Krishna was the youngest of four sisters. He never mentioned any problem. Everyone lived very well. We had arranged marriage of both of them. Brother-in-law’s nature was very good. There could be some other person behind the murder. Policemen have enmity with each other, it also exists outside. I have a feeling that there could be a conspiracy by some outsider.

He told that he had talked to brother-in-law two days back. Talked to sister on Friday night at 7.30 pm. Told to grind the wheat and keep it. I live 300 meters away from brother-in-law’s house. I was returning after giving the exam, then elder sister called and told that such an incident has happened.

SI Suresh lived with the family on rent in this house.
