At present, the police have arrested the singer and sent him to jail. He has a lot of followers on social media platforms like Instagram and YouTube. Singer’s real name is Abhishek and he is a resident of Bihar.

First friendship, then took the hotel

According to the police, 21-year-old Babul Bihari lived in Rajiv Nagar of Gurugram two years back. He befriended a 13-year-old minor girl there. It is alleged that the accused took the minor to a hotel one day. He raped her in the hotel. During this, the Bhojpuri singer had also clicked an objectionable photo of the minor.

Viral pictures reached parents

The girl who was a victim of rape had not told anyone about this whole incident. Now a few days ago the accused Singer shared the objectionable pictures of the girl on social media (Instagram). The pictures went viral and reached the girl’s parents. When he was questioned by his daughter, she spilled the whole truth. After this, the victim’s family approached the police on Wednesday. An FIR was lodged in the Sector 14 police station for the entire matter.

arrested in a few hours

Gurugram’s Sector 14 police station registered a case against Babul Bihari alias Abhishek under various sections of POCSO and IT Act on the complaint of the victim’s family. The matter was serious and the police took immediate action and arrested the accused Bhojpuri singer Babul Bihari within a few hours. Later he was presented in the court and sent to jail. The police has also conducted counseling for the minor girl.
