A cylinder blast took place on Saturday evening in Bhagalpur, Bihar. One person died in this accident, while 3 people got scorched. Bhagalpur SSP Anand Kumar told that FSL, SDRF and fire brigade teams are present on the spot. The reason for the blast is not yet known.

Pakistan court acquits former PM Sharif in bribery case, 37-year-old case
A Lahore court in Pakistan on Saturday acquitted former prime minister Nawaz Sharif in a 37-year-old bribery case. The case was related to giving valuable government land as a bribe to a prominent media house owner of the country. Then Nawaz was the Chief Minister of Punjab. Nawaz has been living in the UK since 2019.
The court’s decision came days after the federal government headed by Nawaz Sharif’s younger brother and Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif made significant amendments to the law to lift the life ban on politicians.
