The condition of Bihar is very good in the country and the world. Very soon we will be on number 1. We are doing better work than other states even with limited resources. Our growth rate will always be above 10.

This is because of the schemes of the state. This has become possible because of the policies of the government. The achievements of Bihar are increasing continuously in the last 10 years. Pointing towards the BJP, he said that it is not that it was growing when they were together. If it is not there now then it is not increasing.

Vijay Chowdhary said that youth and employment have been given prominence in the budget. Apart from government jobs, the government is trying to create employment for the youth. Approval has been given for different 75,343 posts of police. In one year, 522 teachers have been appointed. The government has implemented startup policy.

The schemes of Bihar are running in the rest of the states of the country. We implemented the Nal-Jal scheme in 2016. The Center implemented it in 2019. Similarly, Aajeevika Yojana, Har Ghar Bijli Yojana, Jal-Jeevan Hariyali Yojana were also implemented by changing their names. They work by seeing us.

BJP MLAs create ruckus as soon as session proceedings begin
