SDRF jawans have rescued a passenger trapped in snow in Rudraprayag, Uttarakhand. The passenger has been admitted to Vivekananda Hospital. Sachin Gupta, a resident of Vrindavan, had come to visit Kedarnath in the past. On Friday morning, they went towards Bhairavnath temple, 3-4 km ahead of Kedarnath and got stuck in snow there.
He tried hard to get out of there, but could not get out. After this he called the police control room. After which information was given to the District Disaster Control Room and Kedarnath Police Station. About two hours later the rescue team reached the passenger.
The rescue team rescued the young man from there and admitted him to the hospital. According to the local people, no one is allowed to go above the Bhairavnath temple. But after asking whom Sachin went there, he will be inquired about it. The local administration has appealed to the yatris not to attempt the upper reaches anywhere in the area except Kedarnath and Bhairavnath temples.
