The vehicles of Pappu Yadav’s convoy collided with each other on Ara-Buxar National Highway 922 at 1 pm on Monday. In this accident, 11 people including 2 BMP (Bihar Military Police) personnel were injured. In this, former MP and JAP (Jan Adhikar Party) convenor Pappu Yadav narrowly survived the accident. The accident was so tremendous that the vehicles were blown away and the escort vehicle fell down the road.
The accident happened near Kundeshwar place of Shahpur police station area on the border of Buxar and Bhojpur district. Pappu Yadav had returned from Mubarakpur village in Saran along with the workers. He was going to attend the wedding of the son of Parmanand Yadav, state general secretary of the Jan Adhikar Party in Purva village.

Pappu Yadav Yadav was going to attend the wedding with his workers. During this the accident happened. In the accident, 11 people including Buxar District President Sunil Kumar Yadav, Rajkumar, Dinesh ji, two BMP jawans and the driver were badly injured.
Pappu Yadav told that we were going to Purwa village to meet the victims of the Mubarakpur incident in Saran to attend the wedding of the son of our party’s Buxar general secretary. Workers and some jawans were also with us.
Meanwhile, the overloaded truck was constantly overtaking our vehicle and moving back and forth. After this, the driver of the Scott car tried to save him due to overtaking. Due to which the vehicle coming from behind collided with each other.

Overloading of sand in Bihar is wrong
Pappu Yadav said that 11 people including senior party leaders, workers, jawans, drivers were injured in this horrific road accident. I have also got minor injuries. Had Scott’s guards not acted promptly, the incident could have been bigger. That’s why I am thankful to God. Many things are happening continuously in Bihar, including sand overloading, all of which are wrong. Bihar government should consider this.
