Two sisters of the same house in Ambedkar Basti of RK Puram have been murdered.

Unidentified assailants shot dead two sisters in Delhi’s RK Puram on Sunday morning. The incident took place in Ambedkar Basti here. The deceased women have been identified as Pinky (30 years) and Jyoti (29 years).

Police reached the spot as soon as the news of the murder was received. Police said the assailants had come to kill the women’s brother over a money transaction. But outside the house, both the sisters were shot and fled.

DCP Manoj C of South West Delhi told that both the sisters were admitted to the hospital after being shot, where they died. Police is currently looking for the attackers. For this, the police is scanning the CCTV camera footage of the area.
