Four soldiers from Punjab were martyred in the terrorist attack on Thursday in Poonch district of Jammu and Kashmir. All these soldiers have died due to scorching fire. Actually the terrorists threw a grenade after firing on the truck. Due to which the truck caught fire. In this, 5 martyrs were burnt to death.

The terror attack took place near Bhatta Durian forest. This place is 90 kilometers away from Poonch.

On the other hand, the fifth jawan Debashish Baswal is from village Alagam Samil Khandayat, tehsil Satyabadi, district Puri, Odisha. All the jawans were from Rashtriya Rifle Unit. They were deployed in anti-terrorist operations in the area. On Thursday, the terrorists ambushed and first opened fire on the army truck and then threw a grenade, which set the truck on fire. A jawan injured in the attack is admitted to the Army Hospital in Rajouri.

In a statement issued by the Northern Command Headquarters, it was told that the truck carrying the soldiers was going from Bhimber Gali towards Poonch. It was raining. Visibility was also very less. The terrorists took advantage of this. A jawan has also been seriously injured in the attack.
