A large number of people from outside states are coming to Himachal, due to which the faces of hoteliers have also brightened. HPTDC and private hotels are busy preparing for the celebration. Almost all the arrangements have been made by the hoteliers.
More bookings coming in these hotels
HPTDC’s Chail Palace (Solan), Rohtang Manalsu (Manali), The Naggar (Kullu), The Rose Common (Kasauli), Kailash Cottage (Kalpa), Club House (Dharamsala), Trackers Bungalow (Janjheli), Bhagsu (Dharamsala), Many tourists are making advance bookings at Hotel Holiday Home (Shimla) and Peterhof (Shimla).
Entry of 3700 vehicles in a day
For the capital Shimla, 3700 vehicles entered through the Shoghi bypass on the weekend. Tourists are turning to Shimla and Manali in the hope of snowfall. Till the month of November, 1 crore 40 lakh tourists have come to Himachal. This figure is expected to double by December 31.
Colorful programs will be held on the new year
Ashni Soni, General Manager, HPTDC said that various programs will be organized in hotels on New Year, in which dine and dance, couples dance, baby dance will be done. Apart from cutting the New Year cake, music will be arranged. To woo the tourists, the hotels have been decorated and prepared.
GM says that this time business is expected to be good. It is difficult to compensate for the loss of Corona epidemic, but according to the way tourists are booking, the business seems to be coming back on track. There is a lot of occupancy in hotels over the weekend, which augurs well for the New Year.
