This week has been full of ups and downs regarding the cases of Corona in the country. After a decrease in the corona cases for four consecutive days, the cases increased once again on the second day. According to the Ministry of Health, 12 thousand 591 new cases were registered in the last 24 hours, while 40 people died. This is the highest number of corona cases and deaths this year. At the same time, the figures of active cases have increased to 65 thousand 286. Active cases were 63 thousand 562 on Tuesday.
In the last week, the maximum number of 11 thousand 109 cases were registered on 13 April. After this, there was a decrease in cases of infection for four consecutive days. On April 14, 10 thousand 753 cases were received, on April 15, 10 thousand 93, on April 16, 9 thousand 111 and on April 17, 7 thousand 633 cases were found. And on April 18, 10,542 corona cases were found. On April 19, there has been an increase of 2 thousand in the corona case.
More than 63% new cases in top-5 states, Kerala at the forefront
In the last 24 hours, 12,591 new corona patients were found in the country. Of these, 7,993 cases were found in only 5 states. This is more than 63% of the total figures.
Kerala: 3,117 new cases were found here, 3,387 people were cured, while 13 people died. Currently there are 19,398 active cases here.
Delhi: 1,767 new cases came here on Wednesday. The positivity rate has gone up to 28.63%. During the last 24 hours, 6 people died.
Haryana: 1,102 new cases were reported here last day and 767 people were cured. Currently there are 4,891 active cases in the state.
Maharashtra: 1,100 new cases were found here on Wednesday and 1112 people were cured. Currently there are 6,102 active cases in the state.
Uttar Pradesh: 907 new cases have come here. Active cases have become 4298 here. At the same time, 613 people have recovered from Corona.
