It is alleged that two constables of Khajuwala police station, Manoj Kumar and Bhagirath along with a youth named Dinesh Vishnoi, gang-raped the girl student. Dinesh is a driver by profession. The victim’s father has got the nominated FIR done. Here, under pressure from the uproar after the incident, the police have arrested constable Manoj and suspended constable Bhagirath. At the same time, another accused Rakesh Kumar has also been arrested.

In this case, the main accused Dinesh Kumar used to come and go in the police station. Dinesh Khajuwala had also attended the farewell party of Arvind Singh Shekhawat, former CI of the police station. The police department has also suspended the then SHO Arvind Singh Shekhawat on the charges of giving protection to the accused, allowing people of miscreant tendencies to come to the police station and making videos while sitting in the police jeep and making them viral.

First of all, know from the words of brother what happened on Tuesday, June 20…

‘Everything was fine in the morning. My sister along with her sister-in-law was doing RSCIT (RAJASTHAN STATE CERTIFICATE OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY) coaching. For this, she used to go to Khajuwala, about 6-7 kilometers away everyday. Sister-in-law did not go on Tuesday, she was alone.

‘She left around 10.40 in the morning, used to catch a bus from here and go to coaching. He had to reach the coaching center at 11 am. My father was working on the farm in 36KJD village. It is about 40 kilometers away from Khajuwala. He got a call from the hospital around 1 pm.

‘Then, Dad called me up with panic in his voice. Wasn’t going to speak. Told me, I have received a call from the hospital, you go quickly, something has happened to my daughter. After this call, I reached the hospital with my mother.

When he reached the emergency of the hospital, he was not even allowed to see his sister. Mother was allowed inside, when mother saw her, she stopped crying. She screamed and shook again and again, but she did not get up. Panicked, I also started going inside, then I was stopped. They started telling the mother to go out, the mother fell down. I could not understand whether I should take care of my mother or call my relatives. In such a situation, I called everyone and called them to the hospital.

The biggest question is how did the girl reach the room?

According to police sources, all three constables Manoj and Bhagirath and Dinesh are friends. Despite having his own house, he had taken a house on rent in Nai Mandi. On Tuesday around 11 am, all three brought the girl to this rented house. The gangrape took place in this house. However, it is still a big question that after all, on what pretext did the three invite the girl to this house or how did they take her?

When the girl started bleeding due to gangrape, the constable got scared and took her in the car and started preparing to drop her back. The girl was unable to even stand due to excessive bleeding. In such a situation the constable got scared and made him sit in the car.

Suffered, 500 meters to the hospital, but reached after half an hour

The hospital is only 500 meters away from the place where the rented room is located, but fearing the matter would open, the accused kept moving the car. The girl kept on suffering in the car and died. After half an hour the car of the accused reached the hospital.

CCTV footage of the hospital has come to the fore, in which constable Manoj and his partner Dinesh are trying to pick up the girl from a private car and take her inside the hospital.

When the girl’s mother-brother and father came to know that the police constable and his companion had left the girl at the hospital, the father got the named FIR registered. The relatives of the girl allege that earlier also these three used to molest the girl. Two months ago, he went to the Khajuwala police station and complained about the molestation of his daughter, but the hearing did not take place.

A reward of Rs 25,000 has been announced on the main accused Dinesh Vishnoi.

Room sealed, blood found on the bed

The rented room of the accused has been sealed by the police. FSL team was called for investigation. The team has collected evidence from there. Sources said that blood was found on the bed. The people here say that the policemen used to come and go in the room. According to the information, this room was also rented by Dinesh’s friend.

Doctor-nurse said – seeing blood-soaked, understood, the matter is suspicious

Dr. Poonaram Roj and a nurse were among the first to see the girl in the hospital. Both say that on seeing the girl, they understood that the matter was suspicious. In such a situation, he immediately called the police.

Dr. Poonaram told that some people had brought the girl on Tuesday at 12.15 pm. Personally we don’t know who brought this girl? Whenever a serious patient comes, instead of knowing who brought it, our focus is on saving the patient. Investigation is the work of the police. But yes, when the girl reached the hospital, she had died.

Driver Dinesh was well known in the police station

Driver Dinesh Vishnoi was well known in Khajuwala police station. Be it the police officer’s farewell party or new joining at the police station, he was definitely present. Because of this he also became a good friend of Constable Manoj and Bhagirath. Dinesh Vishnoi was also present in the farewell party given at the police station on the transfer of former CI of Khajuwala police station, Arvind Singh Shekhawat. She presented a rose flower to CI and danced fiercely.

After this incident, many photos of the accused Dinesh with both the policemen have come to the fore. In one of these, he is seen at the farewell party of former SHO Arvind Singh Shekhawat’s transfer. Dinesh also used to run his bully in Khajuwala by taking selfies with the police officers. To show off, he used to get himself photographed while sitting in a police car. Dinesh is currently absconding. The police has declared a reward of Rs 25,000 for his arrest.

The situation in the city remained critical for three days, the police remained under pressure

After the incident, the entire Khajuwala remained under tension for three days. Due to not having a single arrest in the case for two days, the angry relatives were not even agreeing to perform the last rites. The police somehow persuaded the relatives to conduct the postmortem. In view of the situation, the police came under pressure and suspended two constables Bhagirath and Manoj of Khajuwala police station, but no arrest was made.

After the agreement of first dismissing constable Manoj and then arresting, arresting another accomplice Rakesh Kumar, giving 25 lakh compensation to the family members and giving a contractual job to a member, finally a day before the agreement was reached between the police and the family members. The dead body of the girl was cremated on Friday evening.

Police investigation is on in the matter. Direct involvement of Constable Manoj has been found in the inquiry and in the preliminary investigation. Constable Bhagirath is also being questioned. The search for Dinesh continues. Raids are also being given at various places to nab him.

The relatives of the victim allege that the police is trying to save their colleagues and driver Dinesh and others. For this reason, she is shying away from arresting everyone. They demand that the investigation of the entire matter should be done by forming a SIT.

The police have registered a case against the accused Dinesh Vishnoi, Manoj and Bhagirath for gangrape and murder as well as under the SC-ST Act. Some more sections can be added after investigation of the case. At present, a case is registered under IPC 376D and 302. The demand is also being raised to line up the entire police station of Janata Khajuwala along with the family members.
