‘I am 38 years old. I live in TT Nagar area. I am also the vice chairman of a company in Mumbai. The marriage took place on 20 January 2011. There are also three children. It is a matter of 22 March 2021. I had come to Bhopal from Mumbai with my mother and children in connection with business. Stayed here for 20 days in IB Suites Nadir Colony. Here I met Dharmendra Mishra, a resident of Malviya Nagar, in the shopping mall of MP Nagar.

Both exchanged mobile numbers. Since then the conversation started on mobile. We became good friends. Then Dharmendra introduced his wife Monika Mishra. We started visiting each other’s house. After about a month Dharmendra Mishra told me that he likes me. I refused him. Then Dharmendra Mishra said that it is okay, we are good friends. In the meantime, I shifted to the White House in Shyamala Hills with my family.

Dharmendra Mishra’s birthday was on 20 April 2021. He and his wife Monica invited me home. I went with my son. I told Monika that I liked Dharmendra Mishra. Monika got angry and left the house. I also came to the rented room. Dharmendra’s call came the same day. He said that it is important to talk. I said ok, come home. I was alone at home in the evening. The family members had gone for a walk. Dharmendra Mishra came home. Started saying why did you tell the whole thing to my wife. He started forcing himself on me.

When I refused, he said that he likes me. Then he raped me. Made a video without even informing me. After a while Dharmendra left the room. I told his wife Monika about the incident. He said that this is a common thing, it all goes on. He told me to keep quiet. I went back to Mumbai in May 2021. Then Dharmendra Mishra called and said that you give me 5 lakh rupees for iPhone, iWatch, car. Threatened that if you don’t give money, I will upload your porn video on social media. Out of fear, I transferred Rs 1.5 lakh to Monika’s account.

The victim told that Dharmendra forced me to stay in Bhopal from Mumbai. Leaving the luxury life, I came to Bhopal fearing defamation. Stayed with the kids for a month at the Taj Hotel. In the meantime, he has called at Katara Hills Heaven’s Life house several times threateningly. He made relations with me many times in this house. Fearing slander, I remained silent. Shifted to TT Nagar area on 2 June 2022.

When my son refused Dharmendra Mishra to come home, he threatened to kill all the three children. Gathering courage, I told the whole thing to my husband. Dharmendra came home on 3 November and beat me with a cricket bat. I was admitted to Narmada Trauma Center. Being under treatment, I could not tell the incident to the police. I didn’t even tell the police about the wrong doing by Dharmendra Mishra. On Thursday, Shyamala Hills police station was told about the whole incident.

The accused had an eye on the property
The victim told that Dharmendra Mishra is of a vicious mind. He spread rumors that both of us got married. She also tried to break the relationship with her husband. The victim alleged that Dharmendra was eyeing to grab his property. He used to roam around in luxury vehicles and show influence among the people. Monika is also of greedy nature. Both blackmailed me to the extent of 50 to 60 lakh rupees.

The case was registered at TT Nagar police station on November 11.
On November 11, the businessman’s wife lodged a case against Dharmendra Mishra at TT Nagar police station for assault and threats. It was told that I was at home on 3rd November. It must be around 9:30 in the morning. I was getting the kids ready for school, when Dharmendra Mishra aka Dharam came to my house. He started shouting – I love you, marry me….

I said – why have you come here, go away. On this he started abusing. When I told him to calm down, he started fighting. Attacked my left leg near the knee with the cricket bat he had brought with him, which fractured the leg. When I fell, he started hitting me on the back, legs, arms and cheeks. I have got hurt in many places on my body. The police had registered a case against Dharmendra. The lady has 3 sons aged 11 years, 5 years and 4 years.
