YSR Telangana Party chief YS Sharmila slapped the police officer.

Telangana Police on Monday took YSR Telangana Party chief YS Sharmila into custody. YS Sharmila is the daughter of former Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh YS Rajasekhara Reddy. His brother YS Jagan Mohan Reddy is currently the CM of Andhra Pradesh.

Actually, Sharmila was going to the SIT office in connection with the TSPSC question paper leak case. The police wanted to reach his house and take him into custody. The police tried to stop his car at the gate itself. During this, an officer and some constables stood in front of Sharmila’s car. Sharmila asked her driver to accelerate. Despite stopping, the driver started increasing the vehicle.

After this, the angry police officer dragged the driver out of the car. At this Sharmila got enraged and got down from her seat and came out and confronted the police officer. There was an argument between the two after which Sharmila slapped the police officer. On the orders of the officer, the ladies constable took Sharmila into custody.

When the policemen stopped, Sharmila instructed her driver to drive ahead.

Sharmila also heckled the constable.

Sharmila pushed the police officer for the second time as well.

Sharmila looked extremely furious in the video.
Two videos of this incident have surfaced. In one of the videos, Sharmila is seen sitting on the front seat of her car while female police personnel try to stop the vehicle. During this, Sharmila is seen indicating her driver to drive.

In the second video, Sharmila has got down from the car. A police officer is opening the door of his car. Meanwhile, Sharmila reaches there and pushes the police officer. She held the police officer’s hand for a long time, pushed him several times and at one point even tried to hit him.

Women policemen later caught them. After this Sharmila was seen sitting on the ground in the presence of all the policemen. She was protesting against the action taken against her. Later, the police took them into custody and took them to the police station.

Sharmila is angry for not taking action in the TSPSC leak case. He said in a press conference a few days back that Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao did not hold any meeting on this matter. No action has been taken even after one and a half month and the question paper is being sold like a commodity.
