Housing Department official Ajay Jain said that in the first phase, the Center has approved the construction of 47,000 houses.

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy will lay the foundation stone of a housing project in Amaravati on Saturday. Under this, he will lay the foundation stone of 47 thousand houses. Housing Department official Ajay Jain said that the Capital Region Development Authority (CRDA) will provide houses to about 50,000 people in NTR and Guntur districts.

Center approved to build 47 thousand houses in the first phase
He told that for this, the Central Government has given approval to build 47 thousand houses in the first phase. Another 3,000 houses will be sanctioned in the second phase. For this, we have given Rs 30 crore to CRDA.

Target to complete the work in 6-9 months
Ajay told that we will get the houses constructed with mapping, geo-tagging and sharewall technology. The beneficiaries will be given the facility of drinking water, electricity and drainage along with the house grant document. We will complete the construction of houses in 6-9 months.
