Sarma said that Aurangzeb tried to destroy the Sanatan culture, but he could not destroy our Sanatan culture. According to Sarma, Aurangzeb converted many people to Islam.

He said that Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj was born at that time and he showed that Mother India can produce a son like him who can challenge Aurangzeb.

India is an eternal country – Assam CM
Assam CM said that there are many people in our country who proudly say – I am Muslim, I am Christian. I have no problem with them, but India needs such a person, who can proudly say that I am a Hindu. He said that India is an eternal country today… Hindus are here and will remain so. During this he asked the people- Was it not true that Aurangzeb had captured the whole of India.

We don’t need madrassas, we need schools and colleges.
Sarma said- People from Bangladesh come to Assam and pose a threat to our civilization and culture. I was asked that you closed 600 madrassas. So I said – my intention is to close all madrassas, because we need schools, colleges and universities, not madrassas.

Explained the definition of new India
During his address, Sarma gave the definition of New India. He said that once upon a time the emperor of Delhi used to talk about demolishing the temple, but today under the rule of Narendra Modi, we talk about building the temple. This is new India. Sarma said that the economy of new India is stronger than the economy of Britain. New India now produces the vaccine itself.

He further said that today’s India has the power to kill by entering Pakistan in retaliation. We have to save this new India.
