The Guru Kripa Yatra train has left for visiting Sikh religious places across the country. The train left from Amritsar Railway Station on Monday morning, which will travel for about 7 days and cover a distance of 5100 kms. There was a lot of enthusiasm among the Sikh passengers regarding this train.

Sikh pilgrims will visit Sri Hazur Sahib (Nanded), Sri Guru Nanak Jhira Sahib (Bidar) and Sri Harmandir Ji Sahib (Patna) in the first trip of Bharat Gaurav Deluxe Tourist Train by Railways. The Bharat Gaurav Deluxe train is air conditioned and equipped with all amenities.

Many officials were present on the occasion of departure of the train.
Additional Divisional Railway Manager (Operation) BP Singh, Senior Divisional Commercial Manager Shubham Kumar, Senior Public Relations Officer Rajesh Khare, Media Advisor RK Rana and officers of Ferozepur Division and IRCTC were present on the occasion.

Under the project ‘Dekho Apna Desh’ of Indian Railways, several Bharat Gaurav Tourist Trains are being run to various pilgrimage centers and tourist circuits to promote domestic tourism in the country. Under this, the Bharat Gaurav tourist train left today.

Passengers can also board this train from Beas, Jalandhar Cantt, Ludhiana, New Morinda Junction, Chandigarh, Ambala, Kurukshetra, and Delhi Safdarjung stations.
