The Char Dham Yatra of 2023 in Uttarakhand has started on 22 April.
The number of Chardham Yatra pilgrims in Uttarakhand has crossed the 20 lakh mark. Not only this, till June 4, more than 40 lakh pilgrims have registered for the yatra. According to the Uttarakhand government, maximum 7.13 lakh pilgrims have visited Baba Kedarnath so far. Online registrations for Kedarnath Dham Yatra have been closed till June 15 to control the crowd.
The journey to the Char Dhams of Uttarakhand Badrinath, Kedarnath, Gangotri and Yamunotri has started from 22 April. According to the report of the tourism department, more than 60 thousand pilgrims are visiting Kedarnath, Badrinath, Gangotri and Yamunotri Dham daily when the weather is clear.
Ishant Sharma reached Kedarnath after the end of IPL
In Kedarnath, when people came to know that it was Ishant Sharma, a crowd of fans gathered around him.
After the end of IPL, cricketer Ishant Sharma also reached Kedarnath Dham. Along with Ishant, former basketball team captain Trideep Rai, Prashanti Singh, former women’s basketball team captain Padmashree, basketball player Divya Singh also reached Kedarnath and took Baba’s blessings.
