A man was beaten to death by two men with a plastic crate in Delhi on Thursday. The incident is of a program at Japanese Park in Rohini Sector-12. According to media reports, the DJs in the program had asked the member of the catering staff to bring a plate of food, but when he refused to bring the plate, both of them thrashed him so much that he was badly injured.

The people present in the program informed the police about the incident. Police reached the spot and took the injured to the hospital, where doctors declared him brought dead. The deceased has been identified as Sandeep Thakur.

Search continues for two accused
Police said both the accused have been arrested. A case has been registered against both of them under sections 302 and 34 of the IPC. The accused told during interrogation that two more people were involved in the fight. He is currently absconding. A special team has been formed to nab them.
