Raids are still going on in Budgam, Shopian, Pulwama, Srinagar and Anantnag districts.

The National Investigation Agency (NIA) on Monday raided 13 places in five districts of Jammu and Kashmir in a terror conspiracy case. Officials told that we had received the news that the terrorist organizations and their overground workers are working by changing the name at the behest of the Pakistani commanders. After that we started this operation.

NIA sources said that the raids were conducted at the hideouts of suspects belonging to various banned organizations active in Jammu and Kashmir. Raids are still going on in Budgam, Shopian, Pulwama, Srinagar and Anantnag districts.

Searching was done in 7 districts 6 days ago
6 days ago i.e. on May 9, NIA raided 7 districts of Jammu and Kashmir regarding terror funding and terror conspiracy from Pakistan. The places that were searched were linked to 8 terrorist organizations including Lashkar-e-Taiba, Jaish-e-Mohammed, Resistance Front (TRF).

According to the NIA, cadres associated with these organizations were involved in the collection and distribution of sticky bombs, IEDs, cash, narcotics and small arms in the Valley. These weapons were supplied to them through drones from across the border. The investigation agency has done this raid 4 days after the encounter with the terrorists in Rajouri. 5 army soldiers were martyred in the encounter on 5th May. Read full news…

Terrorists target minorities and security personnel
According to security agencies, many banned organizations and people associated with them are active in Jammu and Kashmir. They live here by changing their names and work at the behest of Pakistani commanders. They carry out terrorist attacks in Jammu and Kashmir using cyber space. Minorities and security personnel are to be targeted. Along with this, they are involved in incidents like disturbing social peace.

The Jammu branch of the NIA had registered a case on its own on June 21, 2022 in the matter. On December 23, 2022, the agency raided 14 places in Kulgam, Pulwama, Anantnag, Sopore and Jammu districts. In the raid, the NIA seized several digital devices and SIM cards.
